Terms and Conditions

By submitting the Intake Form and requesting services from M Group Alabama, LLC, you acknowledge and agree that:

The Department of Human Resources (DHR) is responsible for payment of all services provided.
There is no time limitation for billing; payment is required for all services rendered.
Payment is required regardless of the employment status of the individual who originally requested services.
If a requesting staff member is no longer employed by DHR, DHR remains obligated to process and complete payment.
M Group Alabama, LLC reserves the right to seek full compensation for any services rendered, including those delayed, overlooked, or lost in administrative processes.
This agreement also applies to services requested on weekends, after hours, or outside of regular business hours.
M Group Alabama, LLC shall not be held liable for non-payment due to administrative errors or omissions by DHR.

y completing and submitting the Intake Form, DHR confirms its obligation and commitment to pay for all services in full, according to agreed-upon rates.
