Our team is made up of highly trained professionals dedicated to providing quality care and support.
Our staff includes:
- Behavioral Aide Specialists skilled in one-on-one and group interventions
- RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) trained in evidence-based strategies
- Certified Autism Specialists with expertise in supporting children and youth with autism
- CPI-Trained Staff prepared to manage crisis prevention and de-escalation safely
- Handle With Care–Certified Staff trained in safe, hands-on crisis management techniques
All of our staff are CAN-cleared (Child Abuse and Neglect clearance) through the Alabama Department of Human Resources and complete a Checkr background check, which covers:
- National, state, and county criminal history searches
- Sex offender registry checks
- Employment and identity verification
- Driving record checks (as needed for transportation roles)

- Support daily routines so group homes and facilities can run smoothly
- Assist staff and residents to manage client behaviors in a structured way
- Collaborate with DHR to ensure both program and client goals are met
